Bank of America Office Tower

Bank of America is a 32-story office tower in Charlotte, NC. It features an urban garden, atrium connecting to the Ritz Carlton Hotel, cooling tower farm and water treatment plant for groundwater remediation and recovery.  Bernhard provided design build mechanical and plumbing construction services for the project, which was awarded LEED Gold Certification.
