MANUFACTURING AND FABRICATION

Bernhard operates more than 300,000 square feet of manufacturing and fabrication facilities where we build and assemble system components for timely delivery to customers and project sites. This in-house capability allows us to design and create custom, modular HVAC and plumbing units. Products that can be manufactured include pipe and duct distribution systems, multi-trade modular assemblies, equipment packages, pre-assembled bathroom groups, equipment/coil connections, and more.

Our team has extensive experience designing and manufacturing products for all project types. We leverage this experience to innovate how our construction projects are delivered. Constructing components off-site brings numerous benefits including a safer work environment, more tightly controlled product costs, and the ability for work to be completed out of normal project sequence. We can also manufacture custom modular components for various applications. By harnessing the strengths of our multi-disciplinary team, we deliver efficient products and modules that improve our customers’ work.
