Bernhard’s Open Enrollment for health and welfare benefits starts on October 23, 2023 and will end on November 10, 2023.
Please login to BEKI between October 23 and November 10 if you have benefit changes to make this year or if you wish to decline or waive medical insurance through Bernhard.
As a reminder, this is your only chance (outside of a qualifying life event) to make necessary changes to your insurance benefits for the 2024 plan year.
All employees are strongly encouraged to log in to BEKI during the Open Enrollment time frame and review their current benefit elections. This is also a great time to review your current beneficiaries and make updates if needed.

PASSIVE ENROLLMENT
This year’s enrollment is a passive enrollment. This means, except as noted below, your current elections will rollover to next year, unless you login to BEKI and make changes. Please note: your HSA and FSA elections do not rollover. Employees must login to elect their HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA – Dependent Care contributions each year in order to continue to contribute.
All employees without existing coverage and all employees who want to change their elections to take advantage of some of the Company’s exciting offerings for 2024, must login and select coverages through BEKI in order to receive benefits in 2024.
