Bernhard’s Open Enrollment for health and welfare benefits starts on October 28, 2024 and will end on November 15, 2024.
Please login to BEKI between October 28 and November 15 if you have benefit changes to make this year or if you wish to decline or waive medical insurance through Bernhard.
As a reminder, this is your only chance (outside of a qualifying life event) to make necessary changes to your insurance benefits for the 2025 plan year. If you have an HSA or DCFSA, you must re-enroll in them each year.
All employees are strongly encouraged to log in to BEKI during the Open Enrollment time frame and review their current benefit elections. This is also a great time to review your current beneficiaries and make updates if needed.
Employees who want assistance with their open enrollment can contact our PlanSource Contact Center at 866-755-1762 (8 am – 11 pm EST, Monday through Friday). The Contact Center can answer benefit questions, complete phone-based enrollments, and offer multilingual assistance.
Open Enrollment Meetings
Bernhard’s Benefits Team will be hosting on-site information meetings at nine of our office locations and three virtual meetings. Please refer to the schedule below for dates and times.

PlanSource Call Center information
PASSIVE ENROLLMENT
This year’s enrollment is a passive enrollment. This means, except as noted below, your current elections will rollover to next year, unless you login to BEKI and make changes.
Please note: your HSA and FSA elections do not rollover. Employees must login to elect their HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA – Dependent Care contributions each year in order to continue to contribute.
All employees without existing coverage and all employees who want to change their elections to take advantage of some of the Company’s exciting offerings for 2025, must login and select coverages through BEKI in order to receive benefits in 2025.
