No change to company leadership, shareholders, or services to occur as a result of the transition.

On May 1, 2025, Bernhard will officially rebrand as ENFRA—a name that reflects our growth, innovation, and leadership in energy infrastructure and Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS).

“For more than 100 years, we have built a legacy of excellence in providing services related to energy infrastructure,” said Rob Guthrie, CEO of Bernhard. “As ENFRA, we are embracing the future with a bold new identity that better reflects our mission, values, and leadership in sustainable energy solutions. While our name is changing, our shareholders, leadership, services, and commitment to our customers remain the same. This rebrand is simply about aligning our brand with our core business.”

The shift to ENFRA represents the company’s core focus on energy and infrastructure while positioning it for future growth. The rebrand strengthens the company’s identity as a trusted partner in delivering vertically integrated energy solutions, including engineering, mechanical and electrical construction, service and maintenance, asset management, and its flagship offering, EaaS.

While the company’s shareholders, leadership, mission, vision, and core values remain unchanged, the rebrand introduces:

  • A new name and logo that reinforces ENFRA’s leadership in sustainable energy solutions.
  • A new tagline—Create. Sustain. Empower. — highlighting ENFRA’s role in developing energy solutions, ensuring long-term sustainability, and empowering customers to lead in the energy transition.
  • A refreshed visual identity, including updated brand colors, typography, and a modernized look across all platforms.
  • A legal name change from Bernhard, LLC to ENFRA, LLC, beginning May 1, 2025.
  • A new website, enfrasolutions.com, will launch on May 1, 2025.

“This is more than a name change—it’s a symbol of our evolution and our future,” said Guthrie. “We wanted a name that will resonate just as much 100 years from now as it does today, and a tagline that defines our ethos as a company: empowering our customers with creative and durable solutions. Our new identity, ENFRA, meets these objectives squarely. We are very excited to adopt it.”

The transition to ENFRA is part of a strategic vision for long-term growth, reinforcing the company’s role as a premier provider of energy infrastructure solutions in North America. The company will gradually roll out updates to signage, digital platforms, and other brand elements following the official brand launch on May 1, 2025. Existing contracts, services, and operations will continue seamlessly throughout the transition.
